CNC
NMR is your one stop Machine Shop solution.  From turning, drilling, threading, chamfering, milling, ect we have a machine that can fit your needs.  From a manual lathe to a high perfomance CNC machine we provide our customers with precision components that are generated by hightly skilled machinist utilizing state fo the art software.

Line Boring
NMR offers a complete onsite line borning service which makes quick work of oversized damaged bores.  We can re-weld and line bore your bores back to manufacturers specifications.

Line boring of gear boxes, babbitt bearings, crankshaft journals, bearing housings, blind holes, all pivot points on heavy equipment, and more.  We can bring back your bores to the orginal size with the installation of bushings.

Our capabilities for boring can go up to 80".  We also carry liquid nitrogen enabling us to fit bushings at the completion of the job to make your mechanics job easier.

Reverse Engineering
One of NMR's goals is to help our customer solve problems.  In order to do this NMR purchased a mobile coordinate measure machine.  This machine has given us the ability to measure and reverse engineer components right on site.  It is not always practical or convenient to remove components but at the same time the job may require a new one to be fabricate for replacement or repair.  This is where we have the expertise to measure and engineer the compent.

Our system allows us to capture data in a couple of different ways, the first is by probing using various sizes of hard probes and then sending the digitized data to our engineering packages for the generation of engineering models and drawings.

The second is by utilizing a laser line probe; this method captures hundreds of thousands of points that are then used by our engineers to generate surface and geometric data for the purposes of manufacture and quality control.

OEM Replacement
"Parts per Sample"  NMR offers specialized OEM Replacement parts for several different industries.

It's not uncommon for customers to save 25% - 75% on a single part alone with a much quicker lead time.  Customers have come to rely on NMR for the manufacturing of normally long lead-time, high cost OEM replacement parts at a reasonable price and reduced lead time.
